How do I choose the right valve type?
Medium, pressure, temperature, size and function (shut-off, control, backflow prevention) decide it. Send your process data with the items in your quote list and our application engineers will recommend a suitable series.
How does the quote list work?
Add items with variant and quantity from product pages, then enter your project details and send. Your request reaches our sales team with a quotation number, and you can download a PDF summary right away.
What are the lead times?
Standard stock items ship in 1–3 working days, assembled valve–actuator units in 2–4 weeks and custom panels in 6–10 weeks including FAT.
What is the warranty period?
All products are guaranteed for 24 months from invoice date. For plants with a maintenance contract the warranty is extended to 36 months.
How can I become a distributor?
Simply fill in the distributor application form. Our regional sales manager will contact you to start the evaluation.
Where can I find product data sheets?
Every product page has a “Data sheet (PDF)” button. The sheet is generated instantly with the dimensions and specification table of the variant you choose.
Do prices include VAT?
Prices on the site are list prices excluding VAT. Project-specific pricing is set in the quotation.
Do you ship abroad?
Yes. We ship regularly to Europe, the Middle East and North Africa under EXW, FCA and CIF terms.
How do I reach the nearest service point?
Share your location on the map on the distributors page to find the nearest service point and call it directly.
Do you make special materials or sizes?
Yes. Duplex, super duplex and Hastelloy bodies and special face-to-face lengths are produced on a project basis.
Which currencies do you quote in?
We quote in Turkish lira, euro and US dollars. The currency selector on the site is for information; rates are updated from the admin panel.
Do you service other brands?
Our overhaul workshop maintains other brands’ valves and actuators and produces parts by reverse engineering if needed.
