Drinking Water Treatment Plant Valve Renewal
Replacement of 186 butterfly valves in the filter gallery with new electric-actuated valves.
Renewal was carried out while the plant stayed in operation, taking filter groups offline in sequence. Each valve was tested with its actuator at the factory and shipped as a single unit.
Smart actuators communicating with the existing SCADA over Modbus let the control room monitor valve positions and torque values.
