The first start-up of a process line is as critical as equipment selection. Akvenor field engineers start with checking the mechanical installation, then complete actuator strokes, positioner calibration, pump rotation and control loop tuning step by step.
At the end of commissioning, an acceptance report with measured values is issued for each item and operator training is given to your plant team. If required, an engineer stays on site during the first week of operation.
